Love and Relationships: Five Intentions
When it comes to love and relationships it’s important to understand the Relaxed Relationship doesn’t exist you have to create one.
Setting Intentions are an Important part of Achieving in Life And Relationships are No Exception…
As Relaxed Relationship students know, setting intentions is part of the LEVEL THREE pattern and an important process for creating healthy relationships.
Below are Five Intentions for moving towards the Path to Love
First – I know that I have the ability to achieve the object of my definite purpose. Therefore I demand of myself persistent, deliberate and continuous action toward the attainment of a meaningful relationship.
Second – I realize that the dominating thoughts of my mind eventually reproduce themselves in outward, bodily action. My thoughts gradually transform themselves into physical reality. Therefore, I will concentrate my mind for thirty minutes daily upon the task of thinking of the person I intend to be. By creating a mental picture of this person I will then transform that picture into reality through consistent action in all my relationships.
Third – Through the principle of auto-suggestion any desire that I persistently hold in my mind will eventually seek expression through some practical means of realizing it.
Fourth – I have clearly mapped out and written down a description of my meaningful relationship. I have set goals toward the progress of attaining this vision. Goals that I intend to reach, through strict application of the principle of efficient, satisfactory and conscientious service to others. Which I will gladly render in advance.
Fifth – I fully realize that no relationship can long endure unless built upon truth and honesty. Therefore I will engage in no relationship which does not benefit all whom it affects. I will not judge, but rather always discern if it is a relationship in which I can thrive.
I will succeed by attracting to me the power I wish to engage. I will induce others to serve me because I will first serve them. I will eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, blame, and judgment by developing a love for all humanity. Because I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success and fulfillment when it comes to love and relationships. I will cause others to believe in me because I will believe in them and in myself.
I will not Judge, but Rather Always Discern if This is
A Relationship in Which I can Thrive
